There are many ways to scale and grow your business. Here are the top 8 tips that you should consider during your business journey.
1. THINK LIKE A CUSTOMER.
What would you look for when shopping for a product you have in mind? Look at the packaging, pricing and the product. If you wouldn't purchase it, would your customers?
2. INTERTWINE YOUR EMAIL AND SOCIAL.
By doing this, you can gain more sales by opening up more channels. This will help build and grow your business.
3. LEARN THROUGH DOING.
The best way to have a better understanding and knowing the ins and outs is actually doing the work first then automate your business.
4. MAXIMIZE EMAIL TO CONVERT CUSTOMERS.
In your emails have a clear call to action. Don't overwhelm your customers with a bunch of products. Only have one product that you want to sell. Be personable and add images to capture their attention.
5. USE (AND MAXIMIZE) A FUNNEL APPROACH.
When you're trying to sell a product to your customer, start with a low cost offer, and tier down to a higher cost or final product. Or have a series of pages to persuade your customer so when they're done, and at the final offer page- they will purchase.
6. MAP OUT A CUSTOMER'S JOURNEY.
You want to make sure your eCommerce business is easy to navigate, very clean and simple. If you make it difficult for your customers to purchase any products, then they'll end up going somewhere else.
7. FIND THE RIGHT PRODUCT/MARKET FIT.
Do your research, find out what products sell really well. See what customers are liking or disliking. Look at your products within keyword opportunities- where do they rank?
8. ALWAYS STAY UP TO DATE.
Take a look at your products- are they part of current trending products? If not, then research to see what are the trending products. Take a look at pricing does it need to be increased or decreased? Are the products you're selling still available? Or are there updated versions? Take all of these into consideration. It always good to be current!
